It was about five months ago when Honda introduced the all-new Fit in Japan and now they have released a teaser photo which depicts the U.S.-spec version which has been confirmed for a public debut next month at 2014 NAIAS which will be organized in Detroit. Judging by this single teaser photo, the back of the car will remain essentially the same as in the JDM variant and we assume the rest of the exterior design will be maintained to keep the styling of the new Fit universal and easy to recognize.
Details about the American version are limited at this moment but Honda says power will come from an Earth Dreams Technology engine while the 2015 Fit will also benefit from the firm’s Advanced Compatibility Engineering body structure.
Honda plans to show the new Fit on January 13 so stay tuned for further info.
