2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray arrives in Europe for final testing before going on sale

Chevrolet has released a video depicting the Euro-spec Corvette Stingray as it’s getting ready for a final round of testing prior to hitting European dealerships later this year. This last test program is being supervised by Patrick Herrmann who is Chevrolet Europe’s technical manager. Powering the European Corvette is the same LT1 V8 6.2-liter engine with 460 bhp (343 kW) and 630 Nm (465 lb-ft) of torque. It’s enough for a 0-60 mph (0-96 km/h) in only 3.8 seconds when configured with the optional Z51 Performance Package which in the U.S. adds an extra 2,800 USD to the car’s final price tag.
