Honda has disclosed pricing details for the 2014 Accord Hybrid which can be yours if you are willing to pay at least $29,155, not taking into account the destination and handling charges which add an extra $790. The car will effectively go on sale on October 31st and will come as standard with LED daytime running lights, alloys, dual-zone automatic climate control, LaneWatch blind spot monitor, rearview camera, along with a 160-watt sound system providing support for iPod, USB and Bluetooth connectivity.
Up next is the EX-L trim which begins at $31,905 which brings additional goodies such as Lane Departure Warning and Forward Collision Warning systems, HondaLink connectivity system, power moonroof and heated leather front seats. Opt for the $34,905 and you get the flagship Touring model that has LED headlights with blue-tinted chrome bezels, adaptive cruise control and GPS navigation.
Motivation is provided by a 4-cylinder, Atkinson-cycle 2.0-liter mill working with a 124 kW electric motor. The hardware setup provides the 2014 Accord Hybrid with a 50 mpg city fuel consumption, while on the highway will do 45 mpg.
