Several hours after Subaru posted an official teaser for the 2015 WRX, the first allegedly official images with the car have hit the Internet. The car will be fully revealed very soon at the Los Angeles Auto Show programmed for next week when it will be showcased together with a “design concept model”. Getting back to the 2015 WRX, these reportedly official images seem to be accurate as the front fascia of the car appears to be the same as the one seen in the teaser photo we published yesterday. Noticeable features include a ram air hood as well as a redesigned front bumper.
Overall, we would characterize the looks of the car as a more aggressive version of the Impreza and not really a production version derived from the WRX concept. Motivation will most likely come from a 2.5-liter, 4-cylinder gasoline engine rated at around 265 bhp (198 kW).
