2015 US-spec Audi TT lineup revealed, based on previous-gen

Although Audi has just launched the third generation of the TT, the 2015 model year in the United States is still based on the outgoing model. At the heart of the regular TT is a 4-cylinder, 2.0-liter TFSI engine outputting 211 bhp and 258 lb-ft of torque which grants the vehicle with a 0-60 mph run in 5.3 seconds or 5.6 seconds if you opt for the roadster. Select the TTS version and you will get the same engine but uprated to 265 bhp and 258 lb-ft, enough for a 4.9s sprint time for the coupe and 5.1s for the roadster.

Both engines are working together with a standard 6-speed S tronic dual-clutch gearbox connected to Audi’s quattro AWD system. Customers will have the possibility of configuring their TT with an S line plus carbon package while the hotter TTS is now offered with a competition package bringing a fixed rear spoiler, bespoke alloy wheels along with either a Nimbus Gray or Imola Yellow exterior. Inside the cabin the duo benefits from heated front seats, a flat-bottomed steering wheel, 12-way power front seats and optional GPS and Bose sound system.
