The Audi R8 4.2 FSI can now be had with one of the three power upgrades offered by the engineers from xXx Performance. As a brief reminder, the standard R8 is motivated by a 4.2 FSI engine delivering 420 HP and 430 Nm of torque. Opt for the tuner’s stage 1 kit and the output rises immediately to 590 HP and 660 Nm. This can be done by installing a custom twin-turbo system mounted in collaboration with Chiptrick. It encompasses dual Garrett turbochargers, bespoke exhaust system and a custom charge-air cooler. The stage 2 package increases power to 640 HP and 675 Nm.
The Audi R8 4.2 FSI fitted with xXx Performance’s stage 3 kit increases the output of the engine to 707 HP and 809 Nm. In this configuration, the supercar hits 62 mph (100 km/h) in 3.6 seconds before hitting an electronically-limited speed of 194 mph (313 km/h). We should also mention the 0-124 mph (0-200 km/h) takes 10.6 seconds while getting from 0 to 186 mph (300 km/h) takes 15.8 seconds.
As a final touch, the tuner mounted 20-inch alloys shod in 235/30 R20 front and 295/25 R20 rear rubbers.
