Bugatti T13 from 1924 crashes during race, owner gets a beer after that

A classic Bugatti T13 from 1924 was crashed last weekend in Winchcombe in Gloucestershire at the Prescott Speed Hill Climb. The classic Bugatti which is estimated to worth approximately 250,000 GBP was driven by Edmund Burgess.

Due to a failure of the braking system, he lost control of the car and ended upside down. He wasn’t hurt at all and right after the accident he went to get a beer to relax. He said the Bugatti T13 will be restored in about two months and he plans on getting behind the wheel once again to take it racing.
