EcoBoost

It has the same horsepower output as the bigger 1.6-liter EcoBoost, but comes with a slightly lower peak torque as the 1.6-liter generates 249 Nm (184 lb-ft) but it does it starting 2,500 rpm. This 1.5-liter will be replacing the 1.6-liter in the 2014 Fusion fitted with the 6-speed automatic transmission. You’ll still have the possibility of ordering the 1.6-liter in the six-speed manual gearbox configuration.
