2013 Volvo Concept Coupe unveiled

Volvo has made a rather surprising unveiling yesterday by showing off the spectacular Concept Coupe which paves the way for a new design approach coming from Sweden. The now Geely-owned automaker envisioned this concept as a modern P1800 with a stylish greenhouse, T-shaped LED daytime running lights and a floating front grille. There’s also a contoured bonnet, 21-inch rims and a panoramic glass roof. Inside it gets upscale leather upholstery, glossy black accents and a grey wood trim. Volvo also included a big touchscreen for the infotainment system, plus a head-up display.

Under the hood it has a Drive-E 2.0-liter gasoline engine powering the front wheels and an electric motor that motivates the rear axle. The Volvo Concept Coupe has a combined output of around 400 bhp and more than 600 Nm of torque.
