Audi has taken the wraps off the A6 Allroad Sport which will be offered exclusively on the UK market. It will sit on top of the model’s range and has standard LED headlights featuring a high-beam assist function which will automatically dip the beam whenever the sensors detect incoming traffic. It has also been fitted with 19-inch alloys that have a matte titanium look, along with heated & folding side mirrors and privacy glass. There’s not much going on inside the cabin, but Audi has installed Alcantara door inserts, Valcona leather sport seats and several goodies like four-zone automatic climate control, GPS navigation and Audi Music Interface.
Power of the Audi A6 Allroad Sport (UK-spec) comes from a V6 TDI 3.0-liter engine producing 218 PS (160 kW). The same motor can also be had in a beefier 272 PS (200 kW) version, while a stronger 3.0-liter BiTDI churns 320 PS (235 kW) and 650 Nm (479 lb-ft). Opt for the latter and you get an 8-speed tiptronic gearbox and a quattro permanent all-wheel drive system allowing the vehicle to hit 62 mph (100 km/h) from a standstill in 5.5 seconds en route to a 155 mph (250 km/h) top speed.
Audi UK is already taking orders for the A6 Allroad Sport which kicks off at £49,455.
