There aren’t any power boosts available so the BMW M5 has retained its V8 4.4-liter twin-turbo engine which churns 560 HP and a peak torque of 680 Nm. The power unit is coupled to a 7-speed M double-clutch gearbox which enables the car to hit 62 mph (100 km/h) in 4.4 seconds on its way to a top speed of 155 mph (250 km/h) which is electronically limited. Opt for the M Driver’s Package and the top speed is raised to 190 mph (305 km/h).
