Chevrolet rebadges Nissan NV200 as 2015 City Express
General Motors and Nissan have teamed up to allow Chevrolet to sell in United States and Canada a rebadged variant of the NV200 under the City Express moniker. The vehicle looks just about the same as its Japanese cousin, except for a slightly modified front fascia which comes with what appears to be a more prominent bow-tie grille. The 2015 City Express will be capable of holding 3,474 liters (122.7 cubic feet) of cargo and will feature rear doors with opening positions of 90 and 180 degrees.
Other notable features include an optional navigation system, Bluetooth support and a fold-down passenger seat. They didn’t release any performance figures but chances are the vehicle will be motivated by a 4-cylinder, 2.0-liter gasoline engine rated at 131 bhp (98 kW) and a peak torque of 188 Nm (139 lb-ft).
It is expected to hit the marked in the fall of 2014 while pricing details will be released closer to its arrival.
