We never though that we would actually see the Devel Sixteen on public roads but this just happened as the car was filmed on a small street in Dubai. As you may remember, the vehicle is allegedly powered by a quad turbo V16 engine unleashing an unbelievable 5,000 bhp (3,278 kW) which grants the car to hit 60 mph (96 km/h) in just 1.8 seconds on its way to a top speed of 348 mph (560 km/h). These numbers are hard to believe, especially when they are provided by a virtually unknown car company.
