Dodge has taken the wraps off the 2015 Durango R/T which comes with several minor tweaks. The model will be available from now on with optional Radar Red Nappa leather seats which haven’t been offered for this model and can be ordered as part of the Premium Nappa Leather Group package that will set you back an extra $1,195. The new model year also brings refreshed 20-inch alloy wheels that have an attractive Granite Crystal look.
The 2015 Durango R/T comes nicely equipped with HID headlights featuring LED daytime running lights. It boasts a monochromatic paint and benefits from a sport-tuned suspension with a 20mm lowered ride height. Power comes from a beefy V8 HEMI 5.7-liter engine pushing out 360 bhp (268 kW) and a peak torque of 528 Nm (390 lb-ft).
Stepping inside the cabin, the vehicle gets a Uconnect 8.4-inch touchscreen infotainment system with a premium sound system that has nine speakers and a subwoofer. It also comes with a power liftgate and an eight-speed automatic transmission featuring a segment-first rotary shifter.
