Geiger Cars tunes the Dodge Viper GTS
The badass Dodge Viper GTS has been thoroughly upgraded by the German tuners at Geiger Cars. Focus was primarily on the massive 8.4-liter V10 normally aspirated engine which has been massaged to squeeze more power by applying a custom airbox and a new exhaust system that has sport catalysts and tubular headers. In addition, the ECU has also been remapped and all these upgrades have boosted output from the standard 654 PS and 813 Nm to no less than 710 PS and 861 Nm of torque coming out from the same hand-crafted motor made entirely from aluminum.
Geiger Cars is asking €11,900 for the added punch which will enable the high-performance American vehicle complete the 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) run in as little as 2.9 seconds before hitting a top speed of 212 mph (341 km/h). Those willing to pay more can upgrade to the KW Variant 2 coilover suspension available for an extra €4,700 which brings the car closer to the road by 30 mm.
Moreover, Geiger Cars has a custom carbon fiber aerodynamic body kit for the Dodge Viper GTS which adds a rear apron with diffuser, a new rear spoiler and a beefier front spoiler lip which makes the car look more aggressive.
