Infiniti is teasing a new Q50 concept that goes by the name of “Eau Rouge” which will be shown to the public in Detroit next month at 2014 NAIAS. The Japanese marque says the car will draw its inspiration from Formula 1 and as you probably have guessed this by name it has received this name after one of the corners from the Spa-Francorchamps circuit in Belgium. There’s very little known about the concept at the moment but they did say it will have an aerodynamic design which was influenced by Infiniti’s collaboration with Red Bull Racing.
Judging by what we see from this teaser photo, the Infiniti Q50 Eau Rouge concept is going to adopt a carbon fiber front spoiler, a mesh front grille and a ventilated bonnet. The concept probably serves as a high performance variant of the Q50 which will likely receive the IPL designation.
