Jaguar is launching the XF R-Sport Black in United Kingdom which costs an extra £2,100 than the R-Sport version but adds equipment worth £8,700. Prices start at £38,350 for the sedan and from £40,850 for the more practical Sportbrake variant and both of them come with black Kalimnos 20-inch alloys, 770-watt Meridian audio system, full bond-grain leather upholstery and sports seats with 18-way memory function. The model can be had only with a 2.2-liter 4-cylinde turbodiesel engine rated at 200 HP and 450 Nm sent to the road via an 8-speed automatic transmission.
The sedan will do 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) in 8.5 seconds on its way to a maximum speed of 140 mph (255 km/h). The Sportbrake is a little bit heavier which is why it runs the sprint in 8.8 seconds and has a lower top speed of 134 mph (214 km/h).
