Kia reveals facelifted Venga

Kia has unveiled the 2015 Venga facelift which will premiere later this week at the Paris Motor Show. The compact MPV has gained a bigger front grille while the logo has been moved on the hood. Also changed is the lower front grille, LED daytime running lights, LED taillights connected by a horizontal chrome trim while alloy wheel choices now include fresh designs for 16- and 17-inch sizes. Inside the cabin there are two new seat trims, an updated center stack fascia along with a darker metal trim with bright accents. At an additional cost, clients will be able to opt for a heated steering wheel.

The most important change inside is the addition of a new seven-inch touchscreen display which promises to offer faster processing speed, quicker route calculation and support for the rearview camera.

In terms of motorization, the Kia Venga facelift will be available depending on region with six 1.4- and 1.6-liter gasoline & diesel engines outputting between 77 HP and 128 HP. These engines will work with a 6-speed manual transmission or a 4-speed automatic gearbox sending the power to the front axle.


Kia has announced deliveries will begin in Europe early 2015.
