Toyota’s premium marque Toyota has revealed additional information about the 2014 IS F which is scheduled to reach dealerships in the United States very soon at a starting price of $63,350, without taking into the additional destination and handling fees which add $910 to the car’s final price tag. The car will feature a rear spoiler manufactured from carbon fiber, along with LED fog lights. The cabin is home to an elegant black Alcantara trim on the center console and doors, while for more money clients can configure their car with red leather-wrapped seats with black Alcantara inserts or black semi-aniline leather seats.
Under the hood of the 2014 Lexus IS F is a V8 5.0-liter engine outputting 416 bhp (310 kW) and a maximum torque of 502 Nm (371 lb-ft). The power is sent to the wheels via a Sport Direct-Shift 8-speed automatic gearbox which allows the car to hit 60 mph (96 km/h) in 4.6 seconds en route to an electronically-capped top speed of 170 mph (273 km/h).
