The Mercedes-Benz GL has received the “Black Crystal” treatment from the tuners at Larte Design who have prepared an extensive visual makeover for the German crossover. Designed to be an eye-catcher (but not necessarily in a good way), the striking body kit comes with a whole new and aggressive front fascia with a beefier grille and bars of LED daytime running lights. The model has also received large 22-inch alloy wheels housed in the extended wheel arches, while at the back there’s a redesigned bumper together with a quad exhaust system made from stainless steel.
The vehicle also comes with an F1-inspired third brake light and under the hood the V6 3.0-liter diesel has been massaged to generate an additional 32 PS (23 kW) and 51 lb-ft (70 Nm) which means it now develops 290 PS (213 kW) and 509 lb-ft (690 Nm).
