For this year’s edition of the Essen Motor Show, Lorinser decided to bring their brand new aftermarket program specifically developed for the new generation of the Mercedes-Benz S-Class.
The vehicle adopts a Mafia-approved design with a black exterior paint scheme and an aerodynamic body kit encompassing a redesigned front grille, new front and rear bumpers, as well as several carbon fiber flaps. It rides on a bespoke set of alloy wheels and has received a sports exhaust system with no less than four tailpipes.
Lorinser’s engineers have conducted work on the S500 model so they played around with the V8 4.6-liter engine until they managed to squeeze an additional 75 HP and 100 Nm of torque, for a grand total of 530 HP and 800 Nm. They didn’t say anything about performances but we remind you the stock S500 needs 4.8 seconds to get from 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) and it will keep on accelerating until the electronic limited will kick in at 155 mph (250 km/h).
