Mercedes-Benz has released images with the Marco Polo Activity which is based on the 2015 Vito. Set to be showcased at this year’s edition of the Düsseldorf Caravan Salon, the recreational vehicle was designed for young families who enjoy taking trips in the outdoors. It has received a wide variety of useful amenities such as a folding table and a rear bench which can be transformed into a bed that can host three people in comfortable conditions. There’s also a pop-up roof section where Mercedes-Benz has installed a foam mattress featuring “spring elements” to enhance comfort.
Five different engines can power the 2015 Mercedes-Benz Marco Polo Activity, with output starting at 88 PS (65 kW) and going all the way up to 190 PS (140 kW). Clients can select from front-, rear- or all-wheel drive setups and prices start at 38,960 euros at home in Germany. As a reminder, the V-Class-based Marco Polo kicks off at 54,835 euros.
