The aftermarket specialists from Mansory are introducing their new upgrade kit for the Mercedes S63 AMG Coupe. Work started underneath that long hood where resides a twin-turbo V8 5.5-liter engine developing 585 PS and 900 Nm in standard configuration. A stage 1 kit will bump the output to 720 PS and 1,100 Nm while a stage 2 program is going to lift power to a whopping 900 PS and an electronically-limited 1,300 Nm. After the beefier upgrade is installed, the high-performance coupe will hit 62 mph (100 km/h) in 3.3 seconds and top out at an electronically-capped 186 mph (300 km/h).
The massive power hike is obtainable by installing custom turbochargers, custom connecting rods, pipe fan manifolds, crankshaft and other bits and pieces. There’s also a carbon fiber body kit making the Mercedes S63 AMG Coupe look more muscular while other goodies on the menu include different alloy wheels and a fully customized cabin.
