Mercedes-Benz has taken the wraps off a limited-run SL63 AMG special edition which was created with input from Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg. Each car will be limited to only 19 units and will feature several enhancements both inside and out, starting with the paint which on Hamilton’s car is called designo night black magno exterior while on Rosberg’s variant is known as designo cashmere white magno paint. The black SL63 AMG also has gold fins, stripes, lettering while the other one comes with a Himalaya grey finish appearance. Both share the chromed black exhaust pipes while the interior adopt the same configuration but with different hues.
Under the hood of these two SL63 AMG special editions is a bi-turbo V8 5.5-liter rated at 585 HP and 900 Nm which grants the vehicles with a 186 mph (300 km/h) top speed. All cars will be equipped as standard with the AIRSCARF system, AMG Sports Suspension, Bang & Olufsen audio system, AMG Driver’s Package, as well as other goodies like the panoramic roof with MAGIC SKY CONTROL and AMG Sport Seats.
Buying one of the cars available will set you back €320,110 while a black & white pair is priced at €629,510.
