A brand new BMW M3 was recently put through a 0-267 km/h test run by the journalists at German magazine Sport Auto who wanted to check out how the launch control system works. The high-performance sedan managed to impress with its quick and linear acceleration but the artificial sound emitted through the car’s speakers certainly won’t be to everyone’s liking. A similar sound enhancement has also been installed in the larger M5 and chances are all future M models will get this. The M3 comes with a 6-cylinder, 3.0-liter turbo which helped the hot sedan hit 267 km/h.
