Renault unveils all-new Trafic

Renault has taken the wraps off the third generation Trafic which is slated to reach dealerships sometime this summer. Production of the model will take place in France at Renault’s Sandouville factory where the company has invested no less than 230 million euros to get it ready for the vehicle’s arrival. One of the engines that will be offered is an all-new 1.6-liter four-cylinder dCi which will be offered in single- and twin-turbo versions. The first one is 15 percent more economical while the other will enable the Trafic to consume just six liters / 100 km.

Renault says its new Trafic is very customizable and there will be 270 versions available. Customers will be able to choose from two heights, two different lengths, a crew van, panel van, platform cab, a passenger variant, along with other versions done by officially approved converters and Renault Tech.
