Renaultsport has prepared a special edition of the Megane which will be built to celebrate Red Bull’s triumph last year in the Formula 1 constructors’ championship. The car is powered by the same engine inside the Megane Renaultsport 265 Cup, a 2.0-liter turbo outputting 265 bhp (197 kW). It also borrows a few other components such as the Brembo calipers with grooved discs, anti-roll bar, limited slip differential, along with stiffer dampers and springs. It comes with a Twilight Blue paint that is adorned by Red Bull Racing graphics on the rear and sides, plus a monochrome laurel on the rear windows.
Other changes in comparison to the standard model include a Platinum Grey look for the F1 blade, door handles, door mirror housings and rear lip spoiler. Inside it receives Red Bull Racing branding, the firm’s R-Link infotainment system and the 2.0 version of Renaultsport Monitor.
