JE Design is probably the first tuner to launch an aftermarket kit for the Seat Leon SC which you probably know is the three-door version of the Spanish hatchback. They modified the range-topping diesel FR mode which comes as standard powered by a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder turbodiesel engine outputting 184 HP and 380 Nm. After JE Design’s engineers fiddled with the internals, the power unit is now capable of providing 210 HP and 430 Nm of torque. This power boost has slashed off 0.6 seconds from the 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) sprint as the Leon SC FR will now need just 6.9 seconds.
Aside from messing around with the engine, JE Design has also developed a carbon fiber-look aerodynamic kit encompassing side skirts, front spoiler and a rear skirt insert. There’s also a quad stainless steel exhaust system while the car’s has been brought closer to the ground by 30mm. It also comes with 18-inch rims wrapped around in high-performance rubbers, as well as an adjustable KW coilover suspension.
