Guinness World Records has awarded the creation with the title for the smallest car in the world, a road-legal vehicle which has a top speed of 40 km/h (25 mph). The vehicle has a P51 Mustang paintjob and on its sides it wears some numbers as a reference to the creator’s grandfather who fought in World War II.
