Spyker teases B6 Venator Spyder Concept
In March at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, resurrected automaker Spyker showed off the B6 Concept and now they have revealed plans to showcase the Spyder version of the concept on August 16th during the 2013 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance.
Unfortunately they didn’t reveal any sort of information about this car but they did release a teaser photo which makes us believe the car will adopt a sporty styling mirroring the design of the coupe. Chances are it will borrow the same carbon fiber body and the lightweight aluminum chassis.
Power of the 2013 Spyker B6 Venator Spyder Concept will most likely be provided by a mid-mounted V6 engine delivering in excess of 375 HP (276 kW). We don’t know if the Spyder variant is scheduled to go on sale, but its fixed-roof counterpart will go on sale early 2014 in the Middle East, India, Europe and Asia. In the fall of next year United States will also get the car from a starting price of around $150,000.
