Zinoro 1E unveiled, based on the BMW X1
Today at the 2013 Guangzhou Auto Show, BMW Brilliance took the wraps off the Zinoro 1E which as you can see it is based on the X1 compact crossover. The vehicle is motivated by an electric motor installed on the rear axle which churns 170 HP (125 kW) and 184 lb-ft (250 Nm) of instant torque. As a result of the hardware arrangement, the electric crossover will be able to reach an electronically-capped speed of 80 mph (130 km/h) and on a single charge it will cover distances of up to 93 miles (150 km) before running out of juice.
Fully recharging the lithium-ion phosphate battery pack takes approximately seven and a half hours. Inside the cabin there are nice features such as GPS navigation, heated front seats, automatic climate control and a leather-covered steering wheel. The trunk has a 306-liter capacity while rain sensing wipers will be offered as standard.
The 2014 Zinoro 1E will be available only via a rental agreement.
