2013 Suzuki SX4 launched in Geneva
Suzuki has introduced the new generation of the SX4 which will be manufactured in Hungary. The car made its debut this week at the 83rd edition of the Geneva Motor Show and will go on sale later this year. It comes with muscular shoulders, new headlights with built-in LED daytime running lights, along with two-tier combo rear lamps.
Suzuki has also applied a sloping roofline and a continuous line starting from the front and ending at the back. Clients will be able to order the new SX4 with one of the ten different hues, including this Crystal Lime Metallic paintjob.
Suzuki will offer the car with a 1.6-liter gasoline mill mated to a five-speed manual transmission or it can be powered by a 1.6-liter diesel connected to a six-speed automatic gearbox. For the gasoline engine you can also opt for a CVT featuring a 7-speed manual mode with paddle shifters mounted on the steering wheel.
The car measures 4300mm long, 1765mm wide and 1575mm tall, while the wheelbase spans over 2600mm. The latter has grown compared to its predecessor by 100mm. The vehicle can ride on 16-inch wheels with 205/60 R16 tires or with larger 17-inch alloys wrapped around in 205/50 R17 rubbers.
