2014 Hyundai Sonata announced

Hyundai is about to retire the current generation of the Sonata but they will still keep it for one last model year. The 2014MY has arrived with new 17- and 18-inch rims, HID xenon headlights and LED taillights, updated rear fascia insert and a different front grille. The interior benefits from upgraded carpets which offer improved sound insulation, while all trim levels now come with a useful tire pressure monitoring system. The Asian automaker mentions SE and Limited trims feature as standard a 4.3-inch touchscreen with HD radio and rearview camera, as well as a steering wheels wrapped entirely in leather.
SE and Limited have also received a Supervision cluster boasting a color LCD, while SE comes with an LED dome light, body-colored spoiler and a carbon fiber interior trim. Opt for the Sonata Limited and you also get new automated temperature controls and a ventilated driver seat. Hyundai says all 2014 Sonatas have additional foam in the A and B pillars which means noises, vibrations and harshness have been lowered compared to 2013MY.
The base GLS variant kicks off at $21,350 so it’s $155 pricier than the previous model year.
