Hyundai Intrado concept teased

In March next year at the Geneva Motor Show you will be able to see Hyundai’s brand new concept which goes by the name of Intrado. The moniker represents a reference to the underside of an aircraft wing and the concept has a few connections with airplanes since it focuses on providing an efficient powertrain and using high-tech materials. In terms of design, the car was styled by the company’s European design team under direct supervision of Peter Schreyer who is in charge of all recent Kia models and from now on will also be responsible for Hyundai’s models.

The Hyundai Intrado concept borrows the hydrogen fuel-cell powertrain from the ix35 but the system has been improved since it’s now lighter and smaller. More details will be released before the car will be unveiled in Geneva.
