2014 Kia K900 to debut at L.A. Auto Show
Kia is about to introduce a new flagship model in the United States as the K900 will be shown next month during the 2013 Los Angeles Auto Show. The car will be positioned above the Cadenza and will be sold with the K900 name after Kia was blocked from using the Quoris moniker.
Under the hood the car is likely to get a V6 3.8-liter MPI outputting somewhere in the region of 290 bhp (216 kW), along with a more powerful and larger V8 5.0-liter Tau delivering 420 bhp (313 kW).
Taking into consideration the 2014 Kia Cadenza has a starting price of $35,900, we assume the 2014 K900 will begin at approximately $50,000 while the fully-loaded version should cost about $70,000 which is quite a lot for a car wearing the Kia badge. It is not known at this moment whether the car is based on the 2014 Hyundai Equus which recently received a facelift.
