2014 Renault Clio RS Gordini rumored to pack 230 HP

Renault is working on a range-topping Gordini version of the Clio which will sit on top of the RS version. A recent report is saying the car will be out in 2014 and is rumored to pack a turbo 1.6-liter engine which will generate somewhere in the region of 230 HP (169 kW) and a peak torque of 210 lb-ft (285 Nm) which would make it 30 HP (22 kW) and 33 lb-ft (51 Nm) more powerful than the aforementioned Clio RS. Aside from being more powerful, the Gordini version is said to weigh 55 lbs (25 kg) less so should weigh about 2,588 lbs (1,175 kg).
