2015 Cadillac ATS Coupe officially unveiled in Detroit

Cadillac has taken the wraps off the 2015 ATS Coupe this week at the North American International Auto Show organized in Detroit. It shares the same 2775mm wheelbase with the sedan but on the outside it boasts revised doors, different rear fenders, an updated roof and a tweaked trunk. Other than that, it sports a unique front fascia with a changed grille that is home to Cadillac’s new wreathless crest. Inside it boasts leather upholstery, wood or carbon fiber trim, aluminum inserts and decorative stitching. Optional goodies include Wi-Fi hotspot, GPS navigation and an eight-inch touchscreen display for the CUE infotainment system.

The 2015 Cadillac ATS Coupe will be offered with a 4-cylinder 2.0-liter turbo engine delivering 272 bhp and 295 lb-ft or with a more powerful V6 3.6-liter mill rated at 321 bhp and 275 lb-ft. Both power units come mated as standard to a 6-speed automatic gearbox but customers will be able to optionally configure the 4-cylinder engine with a 6-speed manual transmission. RWD will be standard on all versions but for more money an all-wheel drive arrangement is being offered.

Cadillac says the ATS Coupe will hit dealerships this summer at a yet undisclosed price tag.
