Mercedes has disclosed pricing details for the 2015C-Class which carries a starting price of $38,400. The vehicle will go on sale stateside in September and will be offered as standard with a COMAND infotainment system boasting a 7-inch screen, along with dual-zone automatic climate control system and power front seats. Numerous optional features are offered such as heated front seats, head-up display, AIRMATIC air suspension and a panoramic sunroof. Clients can also opt for an Interior Package bringing ambient lighting, ventilated front seats and leather upholstery. The Sport Package brings 18-inch AMG wheels, AMG Body kit and a sport-tuned suspension.
The base C300 comes with a 4-cylinder, 2.0-liter turbocharged gasoline engine rated at 241 bhp and 273 lb-ft working with a 7G-TRONIC PLUS gearbox and an optional 4MATIC all-wheel drive system (+$2,000). There’s also the C400 MATIC at $48,590 equipped with a V6 3.0-liter twin-turbo developing 329 bhp and 354 lb-ft.
It should be mentioned that both prices exclude the extra $925 in delivery charges.
