W Motors Lykan Hypersport arrives at 2013 Qatar Motor Show

Almost a week ago we talked about a supercar called Lykan Hypersport by W Motors. The car has been unveiled this week at the 2013 Qatar Motor Show and it looks extremely attractive from all angles. Scheduled to go into production this September, the first supercar from the Middle East will be manufactured in a limited edition of only 7 cars and each will cost $3.4 million. Included in this price tag is a special edition Cyrus Klepcys watch which costs more than $200,000.  The vehicle was co-developed for the last six years with ID4MOTION, RUF Automobile, Studiotorino, Magna Steyr and Voitti.

At its heart is a mid-rear, flat-six, bi-turbo engine pumping out an impressive 750 hp (559 kW) and a peak torque of 1,000 Nm (737 lb-ft) of torque. It’s enough to propel the Lykan Hypersport from 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 2.8 seconds and reach a maximum speed of 245 mph (395 km/h).

Aside from being an extremely fast car, the Lykan Hypersport will also have a few luxury-oriented elements such as the gold-stitched leather seats and diamond-coated LED lights.

Most likely, all seven units have already been accounted for.
