Audi has revealed the A8 L Chauffeur special edition which will be sold only in Japan. It gets a black exterior paint scheme and Audi Sport 20-inch 10Y alloy wheels while on the inside it adopts a Marble Gray leather upholstery and an adjustable reading light. The rear passengers sitting on those two individual seats benefit from a bar compartment and a cool box installed between the seats and bundled with glasses likely made from crystal.
Just like the regular model, the Audi A8 L Chauffeur is powered by a TFSI V8 4.0-liter engine developing 435 hp and 600 Nm transferred to a quattro all-wheel drive system with help from a tiptronic transmission.
Audi will sell only five cars and all of them will be available in Japan at a starting price of ¥15,640,000.
