Audi Prologue concept official sketches have surfaced the web ahead of an unveiling set for later this week at the Los Angeles Auto Show. It was conceived at the company’s styling center in Ingolstadt, Germany under the direct supervision of Audi’s newly appointed chief designer Marc Lichte. The concept in question appears to be a very log and elegant coupe with an extremely low roofline, big alloy wheels and a new vision of the single frame front grille. At the back it packs a pair of slender taillights while instead of conventional mirrors it comes with cameras.
The Audi Prologue concept has the following physical dimensions: 5.1 meters length, 1.95 meters width and 1.39 meters height. Based on the latest rumors it rides on the MLB Evo platform and serves as a preview for a new range-topping model set to come out in the years to come likely with the A9 moniker. It could also spawn a more powerful S9 derivative equipped with a twin-turbo V8 4.0-liter engine developing as much as 600 bhp (447 kW).
