The second generation BMW X6 is now available with a wide variety of M Performance Parts. The visual tweaks begin on the outside where the vehicle can be optionally fitted with an aero package encompassing carbon fiber mirror caps, front splitter, diffuser and rear spoiler while an updated front grille and glossy black accents are also on the menu. At an additional cost, the X6 can gain 21-inch rims offered in several styles along with a sports exhaust system. The interior gets illuminated door sill plates, sport steering wheel covered in Alcantara and carbon fiber, along with stainless steel pedals, carbon trim, bespoke floor mats and carbon gear knob.
The M Performance Parts catalog tailored to the BMW X6 also includes a power kit for the xDrive30d variant that bumps output from 258 HP (190 kW) and 413 lb-ft (560 Nm) to 277 HP (204 kW) and 431 lb-ft (585 Nm). The additional power has enabled the mode to slash 0.2 seconds from the 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) sprint time.
The BMW X6 xDrive35i can also benefit from a power package lifting output to 326 HP (240 kW) and 332 lb-ft (450 Nm), enough to lower the 0-62 mph run time by half a second.
