A prototype of the second generation BMW X6 M was spied recently conducting testing in Germany at the famous Nürburgring circuit. We still haven’t seen the regular all-new X6 but BMW is already working on the hot M variant which will likely feature the current model’s 4.4-liter V8 twin-turbo but probably with a higher output. As a consequence, the output of the motor will most likely be taken beyond the current 555 HP and 680 Nm. More power and a slightly lower curb weight should make the X6 M faster than the outgoing model.
