Brabus tunes the Mercedes GLA

The Mercedes-Benz GLA has received an aftermarket package from Brabus who worked on the GLA 220 CDI model equipped with the AMG Sports kit. Work started on the 2.2-liter four-cylinder turbodiesel engine which has been equipped with the tuner’s D3 plug & play solution that has lifted output by a considerable 40 HP (30 kW) while torque has gone up by 44 lb-ft (60 Nm). As a consequence, the engine is now capable of delivering 210 HP (155 kW) and 302 lb-ft (410 Nm) which is enough for a 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) sprint in 8 seconds, thus making 0.3s quicker than the standard car while top speed has increased by 5 km/h to 220 km/h.
