Chevrolet is proud to introduce a special Camaro Z/28 specially developed as a pace car for this year’s famous Indianapolis 500 race. Behind the wheel is going to be Dario Franchitti who won the competition three times. We will have the possibility to check out the car in May when the race will take place and we will get to see its sinister black exterior appearance complemented by the unique Indianapolis 500 badging. The vehicle is also going to feature an aerodynamic body kit and will ride on 19-inch alloys shod in Pirelli PZero Trofeo tires.
The 2014 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 Indy 500 Pace Car has been equipped with a quad exhaust system and is powered by a huge V8 7.0-liter gasoline engine unleashing an impressive 505 bhp and a maximum torque of 481 lb-ft.
