Equus Bass 770 unleashed
We bet you haven’t heard before of Equus Automotive but you will notice them from now on since they’ve just unveiled the Bass 770 which is a modern interpretation of the classic American muscle car. Although it adopts a retro look, it’s as modern as it can be since it packs a large 6.2-liter V8 supercharged engine borrowed from the Chevrolet Corvette ZR1. The power unit is capable of outputting no less than 640 bhp (477 kW) and a peak torque of 819 Nm (605 lb-ft) which are put to the ground via a 6-speed dual-clutch transmission.
As a result of this impressive hardware setup, the Equus Bass 770 will do the 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) sprint in 3.4 seconds on its way to a top speed of 199 mph (320 km/h). It stops efficiently thanks to the Brembo braking kit encompassing carbon ceramic discs. It also comes with a magnetic suspension with adjustable shock absorbers. Inside it gets premium leather upholstery, a tire pressure monitoring system, GPS, USB port and other gizmos.
Pricing kicks off at $250,000 and can go all the way up to $300,00 once you opt for the fully-loaded model.
