Facelifted Seat Ibiza revaled at Barcelona Motor Show
The 2015 Seat Ibiza has made its debut in Spain this week at the Barcelona Motor Show, prior to going on sale this fall. On the outside it has received new 16 and 17 inch wheels as well as different headlights equipped with LED daytime running lights while the body can now receive fresh paints such as Chilli Red and Moonstone Silver. A few tweaks have been made inside the cabin where there are more soft touch materials and updates to the radio system, instrument cluster, air vents and steering wheel.
The entry-level variant is getting a 1.0-liter 3-cylinder with 75 PS when normally aspirated while with a turbocharger it’s available with 95 PS and 110 PS. The Seat Ibiza facelift can also be equipped with a 1.4 turbo rated at 150 PS while on the diesel side there are a bunch of 1.4 TDI units offered with 75 PS, 90 PS and 105 PS.
These engines work with a 6-speed manual transmission, but an optional 6-speed dual-clutch gearbox can be ordered for the 110 PS TSI and 90 PS TDI engines.
