In this video we see the driver of a $257,000 Ferrari 458 trying to drive away from a ticket. While the police officer was writing him a ticket and blocking the way, the driver ran over the cop’s foot. As you can see, this was a bad move from the Ferrari driver as he gets hauled out of his precious Ferrari and cuffed right away. This incident happened in New York and apparently the driver is the boyfriend of Stephanie Pratt from Curb Your Enthusiasm (MTV version) which is better known as The Hills so that guy is probably David Osokow.
