Geigercars Camaro LS9 breaks cover

Geigercars has unveiled the Chevrolet Camaro LS9 which they describe as being the “perfect driving machine” riding on 19- or 20-inch Goysar alloy wheels wrapped around in Michelin Cup tires. It also comes with race-inspired tow hooks and a sports exhaust system. The tuner mentions their bespoke Camaro benefits from a stronger rear axle and has a KW racing suspension. The piece of resistance is a V8 6.2-liter supercharged engine which has gained upgraded camshafts, new pistons and a different crankshaft. In addition, the power unit has a bigger intercooler and revamped cylinder heads.

As a result of the numerous changes, the power unit now churns an impressive 780 HP and a peak torque of 984 Nm. It is enough to enable the Camaro LS9 to run the 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) sprint in 3.7 seconds on its way to a top speed of 210 mph (338 km/h). It will need 11.9 seconds to complete the quarter mile.


Geigercars is asking a steep $188,670 for the transformation so including the car it will cost you $258,230.
