Holden Cascada Launch Edition goes official in Australia
The Holden Cascada Launch Edition has arrived in Australia and serves as a celebration for the return of the convertible body style. It has received a generous array of standard equipment including 20-inch alloys and bi-xenon headlights while inside there are ventilated front seats, Nappa leather upholstery and a dual-zone climate control system. The list of goodies goes on with a leather-covered steering wheel, alloy pedals and a MyLink infotainment system equipped with a 7-inch screen.
Production of the Holden Cascada Launch Edition is going to be capped at 50 cars and all of them will come equipped with a 4-cylinder, 1.6-liter turbocharged gasoline engine developing 167 bhp (125 kW) and 260 Nm (191 lb-ft) of torque. The convertible benefits from a triple-layered roof which needs 17 seconds to retract at speeds of up to 50 km/h.
Holden has announced the limited-run Cascada is scheduled to go on sale on May 4th.
